Description

Manage security administration and environment maintenance within Oracle Fusion HCM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer Fusion Role and Duty Role assignments.
• Convert business requirements into technical design specifications for HCM Fusion security.
• Perform environment sanity checks and routine maintenance to ensure stability.
• Coordinate with Oracle for SR/ER creation, follow-up, and resolution.
• Develop technical design documents adhering to Fusion HCM implementation standards.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in HCM technical and functional roles.
• Strong knowledge of Fusion Role Management and Fusion user management.
• Proficiency with the Oracle Fusion Security Console.
• Experience with HCM Fusion modules and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to conduct business analysis and define requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience managing environment stability and sanity checks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with at least two full-cycle Fusion implementations as an Admin consultant.
• Knowledge of PGP encryption and decryption techniques.
• Familiarity with testing life cycle methodologies within HCM Fusion.
