Lead the global IT department and devise the company’s IT strategy to ensure all systems support operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and strategies for the IT department to align with business goals.
• Select and implement technology to streamline internal operations and optimize strategic benefits.
• Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals.
• Oversee technological infrastructure, including networks and computer systems, to ensure performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in developing IT systems.
• 5+ years of experience in designing IT systems.
• Proven experience as a CIO or in a similar managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
• Strong background in designing, developing, and planning IT implementations.
• Expertise in GSS and reporting to executive leadership.
• Strong strategic, business, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• MSc/MA in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.
