Lead data and analytics strategy while managing a team of data engineering professionals to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute data and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and set performance expectations for a team of cloud and data engineers.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, infrastructure, and engineering strategies for collection, ingestion, and transformation.
• Establish data governance policies, security best practices, and data quality initiatives.
• Manage data infrastructure including databases, data warehouses, and analytics tools.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Capital Markets.
• Proven expertise in building and leading data engineering and analytics teams.
• Strong background in engineering management and data strategy development.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Computing and data architecture.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data lakes.
• Proficiency in data governance and data security compliance.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
