Description

You will lead the engineering department in building and maintaining high-performance, low-latency trading systems for crypto markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, setting clear objectives and KPIs to deliver complex projects.
• Design and maintain scalable, low-latency system architectures capable of handling large volumes of crypto market data.
• Translate quantitative trading strategies into technical requirements and implement robust execution environments.
• Oversee the development of data pipelines for real-time market data ingestion and historical backtesting platforms.
• Manage server infrastructure deployment and implement security measures to protect trading assets and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, with proven expertise in high-frequency trading.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Rust for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Deep expertise in system design, architecture, and low-latency trading systems.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and trading infrastructure.
• Experience building data pipelines for real-time market data processing and analysis.
• Ability to implement security audits, vulnerability assessments, and robust security measures.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and trading APIs.
