Description

Lead engineering for high-performance, low-latency crypto trading systems. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the engineering team, setting objectives and KPIs for complex projects.
• Design scalable, low-latency architectures handling high-volume crypto market data.
• Translate quantitative trading strategies into technical requirements and execution environments.
• Oversee real-time market data ingestion pipelines and historical backtesting platforms.
• Manage server infrastructure deployment and implement security measures for trading assets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in high-frequency trading systems.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Rust for clean, efficient code.
• Deep expertise in system design and low-latency trading architectures.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and trading infrastructure.
• Experience building data pipelines for real-time market data processing.
• Ability to implement security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and trading APIs.
