You will lead engineering efforts for a SaaS product in an early-stage environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale engineering teams within a startup or early-stage setting.
• Design and implement scalable systems for backend, frontend, and mobile platforms.
• Manage technology mitigation strategies across the entire stack.
• Oversee the integration of third-party APIs by interpreting technical documentation.
• Drive the technical roadmap for scaling SaaS products.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total professional experience.
• 7+ years in a managerial role.
• 2+ years of experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• Expertise in PHP and Laravel.
• Proficiency in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Frontend expertise in React, CSS, and HTML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology mitigation for backend, frontend, and mobile.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
