Lead the expansion of the financial services team in Pune and oversee all local accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and finance activities within the Pune office.
• Lead, mentor, instruct, and hire individuals across multiple functional teams.
• Build shared financial service capabilities for both regional and global functions.
• Contribute to global accounting and finance initiatives.
• Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with US or Europe-based multinational companies.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Management experience leading diverse teams across multiple functional areas.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience communicating with global leadership positions.
• Ability to use data to draw unbiased conclusions and drive actionable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• ACCA certification.
• CFO level experience.
