Oversee all local accounting and finance operations in Pune while leading team expansion and building shared financial capabilities for regional and global functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and finance activities for the Pune office.
• Lead, mentor, and hire individuals across multiple teams.
• Build shared financial service capabilities for regional and global functions.
• Contribute to global accounting and finance initiatives.
• Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with US or Europe-based multinational companies.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Management experience leading diverse teams across multiple functional areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience communicating with global leadership positions.
• Proficiency with ACCA and CFO-level financial oversight.
• Ability to use data to draw unbiased conclusions and actionable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and scaling new divisions or functions.
