You will lead the Global Shared Services department in Chennai, reporting to the COO, to build and optimize internal operations across Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, PMO, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Devise the company’s Service and Shared Services Strategy and set departmental objectives.
• Design and implement technological systems to streamline internal operations and enhance customer experience.
• Direct and organize departments to support global growth and sustainability.
• Analyze costs, value, and risks to advise management on strategic actions.
• Plan the implementation of new systems and processes to guide staff and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as Head of GSS or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong background in GSS, IT, PMO, and Sales Operations.
• Experience in designing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
• Proven ability to select and implement technology solutions for operational optimization.
• Strong strategic and business acumen with superior analytical capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• MSc/MA degree in a relevant field (BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or similar is acceptable).
• Experience with 5+ years in process design and customer satisfaction metrics.
