Head of Integration

You will lead the strategic development and operational management of application integration solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) applications.
• Oversee the solution architecture team to design and govern product-agnostic integrations between internal systems and SaaS offerings.
• Manage the business system analyst team to ensure clear requirements are provided for all engineering projects.
• Own department strategy, operating plans, budgets, and the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build, coach, and manage a high-functioning team through performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.

Required Skills

• Minimum of seven years of professional experience in integration architecture or engineering.
• At least two years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Deep understanding of integration architectural patterns and practices.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Java Spring, or Informatica.
• Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive organizational transformation and build consensus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) specific architectures.
