You will lead the strategic development and operational management of application integration solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) applications.
- Oversee the solution architecture team to design and govern product-agnostic integrations between internal systems and SaaS offerings.
- Manage the business system analyst team to ensure clear requirements are provided for all engineering projects.
- Own department strategy, operating plans, budgets, and the tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build, coach, and manage a high-functioning team through performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
Required Skills
- Minimum of seven years of professional experience in integration architecture or engineering.
- At least two years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Deep understanding of integration architectural patterns and practices.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Java Spring, or Informatica.
- Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive organizational transformation and build consensus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) specific architectures.
