Description

You will lead the strategic development, architecture, and operational management of enterprise integration solutions and the associated engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team in the analysis, design, and implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) applications.
• Oversee solution architecture to design and govern product-agnostic integrations between internal systems and SaaS offerings.
• Manage business system analysts to ensure clear requirements are provided for all engineering projects.
• Own department strategy, operating plans, budgets, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking.
• Build, coach, and manage a high-functioning team through performance reviews and development planning.

Required Skills

• Minimum seven years of professional experience in integration architecture or engineering.
• At least two years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Java Spring, or Informatica.
• Deep understanding of integration architectural patterns and practices.
• Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) specific architectures.
