You will lead the JD.com business unit, developing strategies, building the team, and designing Go-to-Market programs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities and provide marketing solutions to deliver measurable results for brands and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with brands and partners, delivering presentations to senior leadership on channel performance.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize the JD.com business operations and delivery.
  • Analyze marketing and content performance data to offer data-driven business insights.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and brand marketing within the ecommerce sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms and advertising solutions.
  • Ability to turn data and industry insights into client narratives and marketing content.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup-type environment.
