You will lead the global quality strategy and oversee a guild of 120 QA engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a professional guild of 120 QA engineers with diverse expertise levels.
  • Build and execute the guild vision to align with engineering needs and industry evolution.
  • Establish and implement quality standards, methodologies, and training across the organization.
  • Facilitate a global community to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with Dev, Ops, and Product teams to improve pre- and post-production processes.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience managing technical experts on a large scale.
  • Proven experience managing a globally distributed workforce.
  • Technical proficiency in QA, Front End development, and production environments.
  • Strong understanding of complex systems and B2C or B2B2C models.
  • Demonstrated track record in change management within large-scale environments.
  • Expertise in cross-organizational collaboration and leadership.
  • Ability to develop and implement quality processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience defining and evolving the QA specialist role.
  • Support for company-wide integration projects.

ANY GRADUATE
