Responsibilities
- Manage a professional guild of 120 QA engineers with diverse expertise levels.
- Build and execute the guild vision to align with engineering needs and industry evolution.
- Establish and implement quality standards, methodologies, and training across the organization.
- Facilitate a global community to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Dev, Ops, and Product teams to improve pre- and post-production processes.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience managing technical experts on a large scale.
- Proven experience managing a globally distributed workforce.
- Technical proficiency in QA, Front End development, and production environments.
- Strong understanding of complex systems and B2C or B2B2C models.
- Demonstrated track record in change management within large-scale environments.
- Expertise in cross-organizational collaboration and leadership.
- Ability to develop and implement quality processes.

- Experience defining and evolving the QA specialist role.
