Lead retail sales operations and manage regional teams to achieve business targets in Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team of FTE, CWF, and distributor personnel to hit sell-in, sell-out, and offtake objectives.
• Execute defined programs and processes through your team to meet business goals.
• Analyze data to identify operational issues and market opportunities.
• Drive business objectives through effective people management and influencing.

Required Skills

• 12 to 16 years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a regional management role within India.
• University degree or any graduate qualification.
• Proven track record in executing business programs and processes.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing distributor GTM models.
