Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide risk frameworks.
• Oversee risk assessment processes and mitigation strategies.
• Report risk exposures and compliance status to executive leadership.
• Manage a team of risk analysts and specialists.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or related financial roles.
• Proven track record in VP or AVP level positions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex risk portfolios.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Pune, Maharashtra.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM).
