Description
You will lead the India Sales team and own the commercial outcomes for the region.
Responsibilities
- Own the India sales strategy, execution, and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Build, lead, and grow a team of onsite sales representatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a member of the APAC leadership team.
- Drive sales forecasting, metrics, and process completion.
- Shape the regional commercial strategy through strategic thinking and execution.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of extensive sales experience, specializing in multinational enterprise customers.
- 5+ years of experience leading individual contributors within India.
- Deep knowledge of Payments, FinTech, and/or enterprise SaaS industries in India or APAC.
- Proven experience in sales forecasting and managing sales metrics.
- Expertise in Account Management, Sales Development, and Partnerships.
- Ability to structure and prioritize tasks in high-volume environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
