Lead engineering strategy, cloud-native architecture, and full-stack development across enterprise platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute engineering strategy, policies, and standards for shared services and foundational frameworks.
• Spearhead the design of cloud-native, API-first applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular with a focus on scalability and security.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices across the organization.
• Build reusable libraries and templates to accelerate development and establish engineering playbooks.
• Mentor engineering teams and integrate GenAI capabilities into development workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on full-stack experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and API-first design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and related services.
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures.
• Proven track record of leading large engineering teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Insurance P&C domain.
• Familiarity with building AI-driven applications and integrating machine learning models into production systems.
