Description

Lead the talent acquisition function to align local recruitment with global practices and business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement continuous improvements to the talent acquisition strategy and recruitment projects.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to onboarding.
• Lead a recruitment team of 4 to 6 members to meet hiring metrics regarding lead time, cost, diversity, and quality.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to drive selection processes and provide data-driven insights.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage tools including Workable, Career+, LinkedIn, and Naukri.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 3-5 years of experience managing a recruitment team.
• Extensive experience in recruitment operations and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement talent acquisition strategies and programs.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other external sourcing channels.
• Proficiency in competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Strong skills in data analytics and market research to interpret technology trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within multi-national and matrix environments.
