Description

You will lead tax planning, compliance, and accounting operations for the organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of tax preparation, planning, and compliance.
• Manage and resolve complex tax law and regulatory issues.
• Provide strategic tax advisory and financial insights to leadership.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of progressive accounting and tax experience.
• Strong expertise in tax strategy, compliance, and advisory.
• Proficiency in Tax Preparation, Planning, and Compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification or equivalent.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
