Description

You will lead technology sales efforts and drive revenue growth through strategic business development and AI/ML solution adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Hire, mentor, and lead the sales team to promote AI/ML solutions.
• Identify strategic partnerships and implement channel sales strategies with resellers and OEM partners.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting of performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales with the product roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven success in technology sales, specifically focused on AI and ML solutions.
• Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing.
• Experience in sales leadership and building sales teams within a technology company or startup.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
• Ability to execute marketing strategies in coordination with marketing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills
