Description

You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos and expanding the company footprint across various regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and medium-term sales strategies to accelerate growth in strategic solutions and customer penetration.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to ensure sustainable long-term revenue.
• Manage price bidding, negotiations, and deal pricing to ensure profitability and meet DSO targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to achieve a win ratio of over 50 percent on strategic opportunities.
• Improve sales forecast accuracy to assist delivery divisions with capacity planning and utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven track record in account management and account penetration.
• Experience in demand generation and increasing conversion ratios.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong alignment skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage complex negotiations and price bidding.
• Experience in revenue forecasting and managing DSO targets.
