Description

Lead the study abroad vertical, managing student recruitment, team performance, and business development strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of consultants to maintain high productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Own the full student recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation and counseling to enrollment management.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets and drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner universities, student organizations, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee vertical operations, including budget management, performance metric tracking, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
• Proven experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of study abroad industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth strategies.
• Ability to track and analyze performance metrics for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for recruitment events and stakeholder meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, or a related field.
