Lead product strategy and functional implementation for complex health plan environments in Norfolk, VA.

You will own digital transformation initiatives within health plan IT frameworks, collaborating with sales and business teams to develop new market capabilities. Act as the subject matter expert for Medicaid, Commercial, and Medicare health plans, supporting business process improvements through deep functional expertise in insurance domains.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in health insurance product management or subject matter expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Facets and QNxt adjudication systems.
• Experience managing Population Health data using Jiva.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for sales and marketing workflows.
• Experience managing provider data via Availity.
• Proven track record in health plan digital transformation roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
