Bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery within a healthcare context.

You will gather and analyze functional requirements, translate them into user stories and test cases, and collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment. You will track deliverables, manage documentation, conduct impact analysis, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and test cases.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure requirement alignment.
• Track deliverables and manage documentation using task management tools.
• Conduct impact analysis and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or health tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to write user stories and test cases within Agile environments.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR/EMR systems.
• Proficiency using Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Strong understanding of task and project management best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dining applications or patient meal services.
