Description

You will analyze healthcare data, validate quality measures, and translate complex findings into structured reports for technical and non-technical audiences.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute complex SQL queries in Oracle, SAS, and Teradata to extract and validate data.
• Analyze and cleanse raw data, managing ETL processes and data mining tasks.
• Apply knowledge of NCQA HEDIS quality measures and code value sets to assess performance.
• Translate complex data insights into easy-to-understand reports and presentations.
• Support partner relationships between health plans and provider/vendor communities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Healthcare Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL for Oracle, SAS, and/or Teradata.
• Strong understanding of NCQA HEDIS quality measures.
• Experience with ETL, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Visio.
• Familiarity with HIX, EMR, and EHR data types.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Ability to troubleshoot independently and solve complex problems.
