Description

You will lead business process analysis and testing for a new case management solution implementation in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop business processes, data flows, and detailed business rules.
• Document business requirements and manage the requirements traceability matrix.
• Perform gap analysis and create project artifacts including user stories.
• Design and execute test cases for functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in business requirement gathering, business rules development, and process flows.
• 7+ years in business process design, definition, and re-design.
• 5+ years developing test scenarios and executing user acceptance testing (UAT).
• 5+ years with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio and MS Project.
• 3+ years working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• 3+ years testing against Microsoft .NET/C# applications.
• 3+ years with SQL Server (2016 or higher) and SQL.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Power BI.
• 3+ years with iServer365.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LINQ, Telerik, HP LoadRunner, and SOAP.
• Knowledge of unit, system, performance, regression, and White Box testing.
• Experience with Jira, IIS, and Web Services.
