Description

You will bridge business leads, vendors, and technical resources to support healthcare applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and develop detailed documentation for system requirements and conceptual solutions.
• Analyze current business processes to identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with testing centers and cross-functional areas to implement complex projects.
• Manage complex problem resolution by providing guidance and follow-up coordination.
• Submit and follow up on CSRs specifically within NASCO environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare systems analysis and design.
• Extensive experience with claims and benefits (NPS).
• Deep knowledge of Utilization Management, including pricing and authorizations.
• Proficiency in process flow development using MS Visio.
• Experience working within SDLC frameworks including Waterfall and Agile.
• Strong background in data warehousing and Business Intelligence tools.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• Experience with COB (Coordination of Benefits) and pricing functions.
