Description

You will own the healthcare data lifecycle, focusing on profiling, modeling, and integration within the PostgreSQL ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling to identify gaps and evaluate data quality against business rules.
• Design and implement data models using established database design principles.
• Develop SQL procedures, functions, and views to support data processing requirements.
• Execute source-to-target mappings (STTMs) and manage ETL logic and validations.
• Support legacy system migrations and data integration projects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering.
• Expertise in SQL analytic functions and writing complex procedures, functions, and views.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL concepts and JSON management within Postgres.
• Strong experience in data profiling and data modeling.
• Proficiency in ETL concepts and creating Source to Target Mappings (STTMs).
• Understanding of data security and data management frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience, specifically within the Payer or Provider space.
• Knowledge of the Provider or Claims domain.
