Description

You will perform data query and analysis to support healthcare system requirements and project lifecycles, leading application design and quality assurance workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead joint application design sessions with stakeholders and document requirements.
• Develop test strategies, scenarios, and test cases based on written requirements.
• Execute and review test runs, signing off on testing components.
• Monitor system change execution and develop fix strategies during release stabilization phases.
• Communicate updates to impacted stakeholders and represent MMIS in business meetings.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a related setting.
• Proficiency in SQL for data query and analysis.
• Experience with SDLC and SQA analyst workflows.
• Competency in HIPAA claims and payment transaction processing.
• Strong business analysis skills across the system project lifecycle.
• Ability to develop end-user training materials and documentation.
• Proven analytical skills to document findings and recommend solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
