Description

You will design, architect, and implement large-scale data integration solutions and ETL workflows for healthcare data exchanges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable transformations and source-to-target mappings for complex business logic.
• Develop test cases and plans to validate data quality and ensure remediation processes within the SDLC.
• Analyze data flows to optimize performance and resolve integration issues.
• Document best practices and guidelines to support teams and maintain system stability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project estimation and resource planning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full life-cycle development of ETL workflows and systems integrations.
• Expertise with X12 EDI standards for healthcare data.
• Proficiency with at least one ETL/mapping tool: Redpoint Data Management, Alteryx, Data Stage, Dataflux, Informatica, or SSIS.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience processing hierarchical, flat, and delimited files and populating DBMS data.
• Understanding of CI/CD and release management concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
