>> Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications and APIs supporting healthcare interoperability
>> Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources for clinical and administrative data exchange
>> Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration with EHRs and external healthcare systems
>> Work with HL7 standards (FHIR, HL7 v2) and healthcare data formats (JSON, XML)
>> Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data privacy requirements
>> Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
>> Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support CI/CD pipelines
>> Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
>> Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical documentation
Requirements:
>> Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API >> Hands-on experience with FHIR implementations (R4 preferred)
>> Solid understanding of FHIR resources (Patient, Encounter, Observation, Practitioner, Condition, etc.)
>> Experience with RESTful services, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
>> Proficiency in SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases
>> Experience with JSON, XML, and healthcare data transformations
>> Familiarity with Azure / AWS cloud services
>> Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps or similar tools
>> Understanding of US Healthcare workflows (Provider, Payer, Claims, Clinical data)
>> Knowledge of EHR/Epic/Cerner integrations is a plus
>> Experience with SMART on FHIR is preferred
