You will build and maintain group health plans within the claims processing system to ensure accurate data processing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build group health plans into the claims processing system to facilitate accurate processing.
• Maintain plan information, including summaries of benefits, ensuring all documentation is current.
• Update existing plans as business requirements change.
• Complete regular audits of plans to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the self-funded health insurance industry.
• Direct experience with benefit programming.
• Specific knowledge of Javelina or HealthPac claims software.
• Proven accuracy in data processing and plan building.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PC tools including spreadsheets, word processing, and 10-key.
• Ability to manage and update complex plan documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in a related field.
