Responsibilities

• Drive healthcare digital transformation initiatives within information technology roles.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business teams to develop new market capabilities.
• Shape clinical and operational product workflows using deep subject matter expertise.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution for complex projects.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare, hospitals, or health systems.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Expertise in EMR systems, with EPIC being a mandatory requirement.
• Deep functional knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Working knowledge of scheduling and payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes and clinical workflows.
• Executive presence and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Norfolk, VA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with R1 or Visit Pay RCM solutions.
• Advanced expertise in clinical processes.
