Healthcare Program Manager

Manage multiple healthcare projects and program objectives while overseeing budget expenditures and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-12 simultaneous projects within a program framework.
• Track project health, risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely reporting.
• Monitor budget spends, track actuals against planned targets, and manage invoice approvals.
• Review Statements of Work (SOW) and communicate project status and financial milestones.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience planning, tracking, and handling budgets across multiple projects.
• Domain knowledge in Health and Life Sciences.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Microsoft Project Plan.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for reporting status and dependencies.
