Description

You will manage and develop BMC Helix ITSM environments, focusing on Kubernetes deployment and data migration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Helix Apps on Kubernetes platforms using Helm Charts.
• Build automation workflows using Jenkins with Groovy scripting and Ansible.
• Execute migrations from on-premise instances to cloud environments using Helix Data Manager.
• Perform AR System development, including CMDB structural changes and ITSM function updates.
• Administer Helix ITSM (version 21.03+) and manage foundation data loading.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on development with Kubernetes and Helm Charts.
• Expertise in Jenkins automation and Groovy scripting.
• Ability to write and manage Ansible automation scripts.
• Advanced Shell Scripting for Linux environments.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for stored procedures and database administration.
• Experience with BMC Remedy upgrades and Helix ITSM migrations.
• Knowledge of Kafka topics and data flows.
• Ability to use Splunk, AR System Log Analyzer, and Helix/Grafana dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Java or Python development experience.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
• Performance testing using LoadRunner.
