Description

You will provide technical support to ensure end users can effectively perform business tasks through proper computer operation.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming help requests via telephone and email, documenting user identification and issue details.
• Prioritize, schedule, and escalate technical problems to senior technicians when necessary.
• Track and document the entire problem-solving process, including all actions taken toward resolution.
• Perform hands-on desktop fixes, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Develop help sheets and FAQ lists for end users.

Required Skills

• Help Desk environment experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Implementing file backups.
• Configuring systems and applications.
• High School diploma with 5 years of help desk experience, or an Associate Degree with 3 years of help desk experience.
