Description

You provide technical assistance to users via in-person, telephone, and electronic channels. You own the resolution of hardware, software, and peripheral issues, including printing, installation, and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket queues by creating incident and change request tickets, assigning tasks, and escalating issues beyond SLAs.
• Configure and set up employee equipment, including cables, operating systems, and software installations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex networking, hardware, and application issues.
• Maintain detailed records of data communication transactions, technical problems, and remedial actions taken.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory Support.
• 3+ years of experience using and monitoring helpdesk ticket systems.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware setup and software installation.
• Hands-on experience resolving issues with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and email troubleshooting.
• Experience managing login issues and COTs applications.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA daily.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant computer certifications.
