Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and help desk assistance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
• Proficiency with desktop computers.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with customer support and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• CompTIA A+ or HDI Support Center Analyst certification.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
