Description

You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for PENN and WIC systems, ensuring consistent service delivery and resolution of system errors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily systems monitoring and analysis to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Create and execute unit tests for software development efforts related to existing and new systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, system help guides, and knowledge center content for onboarding.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for SDLC reporting and workflow management.
• Collaborate with technical teams and customer representatives to ensure solutions meet specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer, technical, and business-critical application support.
• Proven experience in quality assurance testing and documentation.
• Ability to analyze problems and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience with Microsoft software technologies, including both legacy and modern versions.
• Experience working within an SDLC environment using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to perform independently and ramp up quickly on new systems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the WIC program.
