Description

You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for PENN and other WIC systems, ensuring critical program services remain operational.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 and 2 technical support, including system error monitoring and resolution.
• Conduct daily systems monitoring and analysis to troubleshoot problems and maximize effectiveness.
• Create and execute unit tests for software development efforts related to existing and new systems.
• Develop and maintain technical process documentation and system help guides to support user self-service.
• Confer with technical teams and customer representatives to ensure solutions meet support specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, testing, or systems analysis.
• Proven experience with Microsoft software technologies, including both legacy and modern versions.
• Practical knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create and maintain technical system documentation.
• Experience performing unit testing for software development efforts.
• Any Graduate degree.
