Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and operating system issues at the on-site Harrisburg location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user problems involving Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.
• Serve as the first point of contact for level 1 support via calls and emails.
• Diagnose equipment errors and repair products by replacing parts or making technical adjustments.
• Participate in infrastructure projects including operating system upgrades, asset renewals, and application rollouts.
• Log incidents in tracking systems and escalate complex issues following defined procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of field experience in technical support.
• Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Windows Server.
• Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Active Directory and Windows Hello for Business.
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and PowerShell.
• Networking (wired and wireless) and network security concepts.
• Support for Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.
• Management of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network printers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint 365.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications.
