Description

You will provide on-site IT support in Wilmington, MA, managing tickets and resolving technical issues for internal employees. You will own the full lifecycle of user accounts, devices, and software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and deploy Dell Windows laptops and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Assign and manage licenses in Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Document tickets and maintain IT processes in Freshservice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (users, groups, permissions).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration.
• Proficiency with endpoint management tools: Intune and SCCM.
• Ability to image, reimage, and decommission devices.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshservice preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Patch My PC or similar patch management tools.
• Basic scripting or automation experience.
