You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 environments.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services and user accounts.
- Troubleshoot Apple and Android mobile devices.
- Deliver direct customer support to resolve user requests.
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience supporting Windows 11.
- 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 support.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting Apple and Android mobile phones.
- Experience using Intune for device management.
- Proven ability to deliver customer support.
- Any Graduate degree.
