You will provide remote technical support for users facing hardware and network service issues in an advanced network environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot microcomputers, network services, and related peripherals via telephone.
• Diagnose technical problems for both local and remote access users.
• Manage case status updates and provide metric reports to management.
• Resolve information technology issues involving personal computers and network connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Service Desk experience.
• IVR-based Service Desk experience.
• Computer Technology proficiency.
• Ability to support users in an advanced network environment.
• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
