You will provide on-site technical support and system troubleshooting for operations in Tallahassee.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Manage and resolve networking connectivity problems.
• Administer and support Linux-based systems.
• Provide direct technical assistance to end-users on-site.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
• Must hold a valid Florida Driver's License.
• Must be local to Florida.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree in any field.
