Description

You will provide technical assistance and customer service for the Florida Department of Health Bureau of Communicable Diseases Patient Care Programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end users.
• Deliver customer service support for patient care programs.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of experience in clerical duties and data entry.
• 2+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven professional office experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
