Description

You will provide first-response technical support and troubleshooting for end users within a structured IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-response help desk support and troubleshoot issues for all customers and users.
• Log all incoming problems, requests, and resolution actions to ensure thorough documentation.
• Support AOC business applications and provide status updates to end-users following established policies.
• Assist with site support, project-specific assignments, and adherence to IT operations procedures.
• Maintain working knowledge of the operating environment, available tools, and help desk standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Windows Server.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Experience with VBA Excel for business application support.
• Ability to explain technical details clearly to non-technical end users.
• Experience managing business applications and IT operations.
• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
