Description

You will provide technical support for Microsoft business applications, operating systems, and hardware infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues involving Microsoft business applications and operating systems.
• Maintain and update desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support server hardware, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Log all client issues accurately within ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise and Online).
• Hands-on experience with Hypervisor technology including Hyper-V and VMware.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies: Active Directory, File/Folder Permissions, Print Management, and Remote Desktop.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
