Description

You will provide remote Level 2 technical, hardware, software, and operational support for company-maintained systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Resolve moderately complex technical problems and service requests for field and home office personnel.
• Mentor and assist Level 1 technicians with technical support and ticket resolution.
• Review Tier 1 tickets to ensure correct troubleshooting and resolution status.
• Perform electronic setup of branch data and software for new or merged office locations.
• Document all reported incidents and key information within the Incident Management System.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in a help desk environment.
• Working knowledge of computer-based systems, tools, and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and assist with remote hardware installation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally in stressful situations and maintain flexible hours.
• Reliable DSL or faster internet connection.
• Residency in AL, GA, ID, LA, MO, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, or WI.
