Description

You provide technical support and hardware administration for end users in Elk Grove, CA.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems, desktop applications, and mobile devices.
• Administer desktop, laptop, and mobile end-user hardware.
• Manage asset and inventory tracking processes.
• Perform system imaging using Ghost or similar products.
• Execute PC BIOS setup and basic hardware configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Understanding of login scripts and network security, including encryption and VPN.
• Experience with networking concepts including DHCP, DNS, and printer queues.
• Proficiency in desktop and network security protocols.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
• A+ certification, MCSE, MCSA, MCP (Windows 7/10), or MSDST.
